v1.1Update
Every fact now appears exactly once per page. The aggregated "Substitutions & options" card was removed from recipe and side pages — substitution and optionality guidance renders only at the ingredient it belongs to. Nutrition-scope notes (for example "covers two chillas per person" or "based on full-fat paneer") moved from cook’s notes into the nutrition panel, and the boilerplate "nutrition values are estimates" sentence was removed from every cook’s note — the nutrition panel and the page disclaimer already state it. Ingredient-choice advice that lived in cook’s notes (which whey or skyr to buy, how ripe the banana or tomato should be) moved onto the ingredient itself. No quantities, methods or nutrition figures changed.
Why: A page-level review found the same guidance rendered two or three times in different wording, which forces readers to reconcile near-duplicate sentences. Chef follows a single-source-of-truth rule: each fact has one owner and renders once.
