Tomato Salsa
Chopped tomato, onion, coriander and lemon with roasted cumin — kachumber energy, salsa format.
Fresh, fast and nearly free. Firm tomatoes, sharp onion and lemon do the heavy lifting; roasted cumin makes it taste finished. It cuts through eggs and paneer the way raita cuts through biryani.
